CONTEST STARTS

The competition will start on January 23, 2023 and will last until February 13, 2023. The last registration for the competition will end on February 06, 2023. Registering and/or entering this Contest constitutes your acceptance of these Rules and you will not be eligible for a prize unless you accept these Rules.

General Rules

  • First deposit – 10,000 USD
  • Fixed Leverage: 1:100
  • Minimum volume – 0.01 lots, maximum volume – 1000 lots, step size – 0.01 lots, maximum number of open positions/pending orders – 200
  • A minimum of 5 lots must be traded during the competition.
  • Trading through Expert Advisors is prohibited.
  • Stop-out level is 30%.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant who violates the terms set forth herein.
  • Each competitor can register for the competition only once.
  • At the end of the competition, all open trades are closed at the current market price.
  • All current competition statistics will be available on the N1CM website.
  • In all cases where the announced winners do not already have a verified live account with N1CM, documents and additional information will be required in accordance with the Company's standard Account Opening procedures in order for such an account to be opened. If inconsistencies are found between the data originally provided by the winner and the documents provided, the winner will be disqualified. If the winner fails to open a live account within 20 working days, they will be disqualified.
  • Each participant agrees to provide real data during registration. Providing false data may result in disqualification from the Contest at any stage.
  • Only persons of the age of majority (18 or older) can participate in the Contest.
  • One person can only open one contest account.
  • Each participant must be able to open a real account at N1CM to receive the prize. Participants who do not meet the criteria at N1CM to open a live account with the Company will be disqualified, and the Company reserves the right to withdraw the reward and choose a different winner.
  • If two or more winners have equal balance at the end of the competition, the respective prize will be split equally between them.
  • The participants with the highest balance and fulfilling all the other conditions stated here will be declared as the winner.
  • The Company reserves the right to void and cancel any prize already rewarded in case of direct or indirect evidence of attempted fraudulent transactions with prize funds.
  • If the winners have equal balance, the prize is shared equally between them.
  • Any form of arbitration is subject to disqualification from the competition.
  • Opening more than one account from the same IP is subject to disqualification.
  • Rewards can be withdrawn within 7 days of being deposited into the real account.
